Terms: The Fine Print!

1) Domain Names are subject to cancellation for using “Spam Email” to reference that domain. Non-requested email is “Spam Email.” Request for information and or a newsletter sign-up form are proper ways to develop a mailing list. Harvesting of email addresses is Spamming.

2) Domain Names have no expiration date; however, they do not have any cash value and all sales are final.

3) Domain Name Owners are required to maintain a valid current email address and Online Ownership Profile that will disclose some information to the public (Gamot.Net will not display email address).

4) Although we plan and shall endeavor to continue to improve and expand value added features, all value added features are optional and used at your own risk.

5) Gamot.Net does not allow any nudity (pornographic or not), or websites promoting hatred or illegal activities and reserves the right to remove or disable any offensive domain.

6) Gamot.Net will comply with all proper legal actions and orders of the Court, including removing a website or disclosing to the court any and all information, including back up copies of websites.

7) Gamot.Net may change these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion and will publish the same via a link on the default page of the Gamot.Net website. See www.Gamot.Net
